Privacy
We respect your privacy, and take extreme care to protect your details. We do not sell or rent the information that you provide to us to any third party.

Ordering and payments
Ordering from Precious Poppets is quick and easy using the shopping cart function online. 

  • Payment is then by credit card via internet shopping cart or phone.
  • If you do not have a credit card we do Direct bank transfers. Please contact us at customerservice@preciouspoppets.co.nz to arrange.
  • Full payment must be received by the seller before the goods can be shipped to the buyer. All prices are GST inclusive.

Out Of Stock Items
From time to time, things may be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will have the choice to either cancel your order, choose an alternative product, or we can put your order on hold, pending the arrival of stock. If you have already paid for your goods by credit card your transaction will be reversed.

Delivery Times

New Zealand: We aim to deliver your items to you within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. If for any reason we are unable to meet this time frame you will be contacted and given the option to cancel your order.

Australia: We aim to have your items to you within 5-10 working days of receiving your order. If we are unable to meet this time frame you will be contacted and given the option of canceling your order.

 How do I use my Discount or free shipping code?

At this point in time we do not have an automatic discount system on our website. This is something we are working on. In the meantime make sure to enter your discount or shipping code in the comments section when placing your order and we will ensure your discount will be applied before charging your Credit Card

 

There is something special I am after, are you able to source it for me? We here at Precious Poppets love to make our customers happy. If there is something in particular you are after from any of our ranges, or from a range we don’t currently stock please contact us cutomerservice@preciouspoppets.co.nz and we will do our very best to source it for you.

I need an item urgently, are you able to help? We always aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. If you need something within a very tight time frame let us know and we will do our best to help.

 I need something special for a new baby/twins/birthday gift. Where do I start?

We have recently separated the website into separate areas. If you are looking for a gift a great place to start is the toy area. Next is the clothing area, separated into brands for your convenience. We are able to put together a gift basket for you at your request up to a dollar amount set by you. Contact us for more ideas; we have Mums working with us with a great deal of experience with twins, toddlers, and all things Funky!

 

Do you have Gift Vouchers? Currently we do not have Gift Vouchers available, however if you would like we are happy to make one up for you up to your specified amount.

Returns 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Precious Poppets.

However we understand that sometimes the goods you have ordered may not be quite right. If that is the case, we ask that you contact us via e-mail: customerservice@preciouspoppets.co.nz so that we can resolve the problem by offering you an exchange of goods or a credit note to be used for future purchases from Precious Poppets. Please note that no refund will be given for non faulty goods.

Contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and the goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt unused and in their original packaging. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable.

If an item is found to be faulty, please contact us via e-mail: customerservice@preciouspoppets.co.nz within 48 hours so that we can discuss the problem. Any faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods with labels and packaging intact. On approval of the fault, you will be given a full refund.
